Mechanical construction The continous center filled candy rope extruded by the extruder goes into the rope sz\ize to achieve the desired dimension,and then feed into the forming machine through the forming wheels.The forming machine is equipped with cutting knives which are fitted above the forming dies.When the candy rope approaches the position of the first 5 pairs of the forming dies,the cutting knives partially precut the rope from the top.

The forming machine is equipped with cutting knives which are fitted above the forming dies.When the candy rope approaches the position of the first 5 pairs of the forming dies, the cutting knives partially precut the rope from the top.At the same time, the forming dies form the precut rope into individual candy pieces to the desired dimension and shape. On the discharge side of forming chain,the well formed candy pieces are pushed out by the mandril of forming dies.With the help of the brushes, all the center filled candy pieces are fed to the swing conveyor belt and then are evenly scattered on the belt of cooling
tunnel.
Technical characteristic
1. The pairs offorming dies and the cutting knives are one-to-one precisely positioned to ensure consistent dimension and shape of candy pieces to be formed in the
cavity of coupled forming dies.
2. The top su rface of every die set is lubricated by oil spraying device to avoid any adhesion between candy pieces and dies.
3. On the discharge side of forming machine, the automatic swing conveyor belt takes over candy pieces and then feed them into cooling tunnel. The conveyor belt is
adjustable for easy connection.
4. Machine speed can be adjusted and controlled through infinitive frequency converter.
5. Centralized control panel is installed with all buttons and the speed & malfunction of the machine are displayed. The machine is easy to operate and maintain.
