GF provides series of extruders for 1 color bubble gum,chewy candy and toffee product through extrusion process.These extruders can offer 1-4 gum and candy ropes,and can feed up to 4 sets of cut&wrap machines continuously.They can also make 1 color chewing gum product with slab thickness of 8-25mm and width of 160-280mm.

The exdruder is equipped with l barrel mounted on one frame. The barrel is fitted with infeed rolls and exdrusion screws. The hopper is fitted on top of the barrel. Various forming dies are properly designed on request,corresponding to different shapes and dimensions. The exdruder is equipped with heating units. Heating or cooling of exdrusion barrel and head are controlled respectively by water tanks via thermoregulators with digital display.The sliding clutch connects the infeed rollers with the gearbox in which the gears have gone through thermal process. Release of the clutch disconnects the infeed rollers from the gearbox, enabling the top exdrusion chamber and the infeed rollers to be opened through a hinge for cleaning.The exdrusion screws driven by motor through the gearbox, can be dismantled for cleaning. The exdrusion head is fixed on the chamber and can be screwed out for cleaning. All axles are fixed on ball bearings.The gears and the bearings run in an oil bath. The hydraulic reservoir is filled with special oil resistant to high pressure. An electronic over -pressure protection device is fitted in the barrel and is accurately controlled by microprocessor. One A.C. frequency converter together with a main driving motor is introduced to infinitely adjust the exdrusion speed. The e)drusion screw is assigned with a variator to regulate the ratio depending on various raw materials to be exdruded. “Speed Up or Down” operation is achieved by a variator when the ratio has been fixed. The exdruder is equipped with thermo-regulators with temperature display. All electric components and adjustment devices are positioned at eye’s level. All contacto rs, relays and fuses are installed in the control cabinet.
